ArcFM Desktop Overview > ArcFM > Feeder Manager 2.0 |
Feeder Manager 2.0 accomplishes the same goals as Feeder Manager 1.0, but with fewer tools, better editing performance, and fewer version conflicts. Feeder Manager 2.0 tracks feeder information in memory, instead of in the database.
When using Feeder Manager 2.0, you should continue to use the following procedures and workflows used in Feeder Manager 1.0.
ArcFM Connect and Disconnect Tools
When using Feeder Manager 2.0, continue to use the ArcFM Connect and Disconnect tool, and not Esri's Connect and Disconnect.
Adding Circuits
The procedure for adding circuits in Feeder Manager 2.0 is the same as that for Feeder Manager 1.0. The procedure for adding subsources to your network is also the same for both versions of Feeder Manager.
Feeder Symbology
